Delsie Marie Walters

Delsie Marie Walters, age 98 of Huber Heights, reunited with her husband, Frederick A. Walters on November 28, 2017. She was born on June 23, 1919 in Keyser, West Virginia to the late George and Nancy (Anderson) Foster. In addition to her husband and parents, Delsie was preceded in death by her sister, Esther Julien; brother, Troxell Foster and son-in-law, Ronald Spencer.
She is survived by her 5 children, Alden B. (Margaret), Nancy Spencer, Frederick T. (Nancy), Roberta Oyer (Jerry) and Rosemary Williams (Carven); 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandson.
Family will receive friends from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow the service at 2 PM at Dayton National Cemetery.
