Deloris Irene Miller, age 93 of The Plains, OH passed away Friday, March 10, 2023. She was born June 5, 1929 in Athens, Ohio, the daughter of the late Leonard and Mary McKee.
Deloris took great pride in her job. She was a very hard worker and retired from O'Bleness Hospital in Athens, OH. She enjoyed taking trips to the Smokey Mountains with family. She also had a special relationship with her granddaughter, Tracy, especially when Tracy's mother, Kathy, passed away. Deloris will also be remembered for her delicious fudge.
Deloris is survived by her daughter, Linda (Ernest) Lanning; son, James Miller; grandchildren, Brad, Marcus (Lindsay), Jason (Randy), Michael (Vanessa), John (Jill), Tracy, Amanda, Clay (Misty); as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Miller; daughter, Kathy Davidson; as well as several siblings.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
