Delores Ann Lantis

Lantis, Delores Ann "Dee"(Swank), age 69 of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born January 18, 1939 in Dayton, the daughter of Elmer & Mildred (Flaugher) Swank. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister-in-law, Judy Parker. Survivors include her husband of 32 years, George Lantis; children, Melissa Myers, Shannon (David) Brewster, & Stacey (Jamie) Viers; siblings, Marvin (Sondra) Swank, Dale (Kay) Swank, Donna Owens, Diane (David)Salyers, & Denise (Dick) Williams; 9 grandchildren; 8 nieces and nephews; numerous great-nieces & nephews; best friends, Vicki White, Yvonne Patton, & Lona VanHous; and friend and nurse, Shelly Fouts. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, June 23, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery, Beavercreek. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
