Delmas L. White

Delmas L. White, 90, of Wilmington, passed away March 20, 2017. Delmas was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 24, 1926 to the late Arthur and Mildred White. Delmas retired from Local 162 after many years of service. He was a life member of the American Legion Post 598 and Catholic Order of Foresters for many years. In his free time he enjoyed playing golf, traveling and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Delmas was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Patricia White; and brothers, Vernon, Donald, Glen and Melvin.

He is survived by his son, Gregory White; daughters, Vivian Webb, Yvonne Clark, Sharon Neu; grandchildren, James, Keith, Christopher (Melissa), Renee, Denese, Anytrea, Richard, Elizabeth (Kyle); many great and great great grandchildren; sister, Rosena Damrell; and several other relatives and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek. Burial will follow at Bearcreek Cemetery.
