Dellia C. Williamson, age 65, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 1, 2021. She was born September 26, 1955, in Huntington, West Virginia the daughter of Harry and Margaret Boone.
Dellia was smart, loving, caring, strong, and so many other things. She was the embodiment of a real-life superwoman, no matter how bad the situation she would always bounce back. No one is perfect but if you were looking for a good role model to help you achieve perfection she was the one you needed. A master chef with limitless talent and lots of flavors, she would have your mouth-watering long before you saw the food. A mother to anyone who was blessed to meet her and talk to her, you may not have liked what she said but you respected her for saying it. She had a green thumb, there wasn't anything she could help grow or bring back from death. To pass the time whenever she had nothing to do she would go fishing wherever she could with family. Forever a family person she always had get-togethers at her house, where she would of course' cook all the food.
She is guided in death by her father, Harry H. Boone; husband, Gregory Williamson, Sr.; sister, Dorothy Dukes; brothers, Charles and Richard Breckenridge; aunt, Evangeline Jefferson and nephew, Howard Black.
Her spirit lives on through her children, KaBrian Crishon (Tony), Gregory Williamson Jr., Jamarl (Terri) Seagraves, and Shameka Boston; grandchildren, T'ayna, Kimora, Jaylin, Jamarion, Jasmine, and Deontre; mother, Margaret Boone; sister, Frances Jiles; many nieces and nephews, and host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424, where her funeral will follow at 3:00 PM.
