Delbert Lee Martin, 74, of Miamisburg, passed away on December 8, 2017. He was born on August 20, 1943 to the late Delbert and Violet Martin in Middletown, OH.
Delbert served in the United States Air Force for four years and retired after 35 years of service from NCR.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Mary Jo Martin; children, Scott (Tammy) Martin and Stacey (Darrin) Humphrey; grandchildren, Jared, Jackson, and Joshua, and brother, Keith Martin.
A gathering of friends will be held on December 13, 2017 from 4:00 - 5:00 pm at Newcomer (South Chapel), 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439, with a memorial service following at 5:00 pm. Pastor Andy Warren officiating.
Delbert will be remembered as the "gentle giant" and for being a simple man.
