Delbert J Bradford

Delbert Bradford, age 99, of Moraine, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 24, 2017. He was born in Baxter, TN on November 21, 1917 to the late Thomas & Eliza Bradford. Delbert was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Mary L. Bradford; daughter, Janie (Bradford) Brewer; brothers Cliff, Alton, Doley, Whitt, Orson, Luke and Bill and sisters Nettie and Martha. Delbert is survived by his son, Randy (Maureen) Bradford; grandchildren, David (Karen) Brewer and Hollie (Lee) McKitrick; great-grandchildren, Ayla Brewer and Cooper McKitrick; and many other relatives and friends. Delbert served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked for NCR for 29 years before retiring. Some of Delbert's favorite hobbies were gardening, rebuilding small engines, electronics and bicycles-some of which he donated to children's organizations. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 10-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11am.
