Age 54, of Dayton passed away Friday, September 5, 2008, at Hospice of Dayton.
She is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Smith; two brothers, Edward & David Capps; and by one sister, Patricia Janes.
Debra is survived by her husband of the past 36 years, Dennis Smith; one son, Curtis Smith; six sisters, Carolyn, Brenda, Betty, Shirley, Robin & special sister, Wanda; one brother, Paul W. Capps; and by many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m., Monday (9/8), at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Burial will follow services at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
