Debra Jean Howard

Debra Jean Howard, age68, went home to be with the lord on Thursday May 27,2021 at Kettering Medical Center. She was retired from working in dietary at Greenwood Manor. Debra was born in Xenia, Ohio to the late William & Margaret Howard.

Debra enjoyed the simple things in life such as watching her favorite tv shows and drinking coffee. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She would make them jello and cookies. She opened her home to everyone and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. She took care of others and showed love, kindness, and compassion. She was an extraordinary, remarkable women who will greatly be missed.

Debra preceded in death with her parents William &Margaret Howard, sister Maryann Howard, and niece Latoyja Howard.

Debra is survived by siblings all of Xenia, Shirley Carr, William (Nitra)Howard, Karen (Robert)Murphy, and Oma Howard. Children all of Xenia, Lamar Howard, LaNeva (Mark)Turner. Grandchildren all of Xenia, Tristen Howard, Tyera Howard, LaNiecee Turner, Mark Turner Jr, and a host of family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 10-11am at New Life Christian Assembly (436 East Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385). Funeral Service will begin at 11am at the church. Burial will follow at Cherry Grove Cemetery.
