Debra Ann Cochlan

Debra Ann Cochlan, 63, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2023. Loving mother of Chelsee (Robert) Riggs and Katie (Logan) Hall, cherished grandmother of Mollie Quinn and the soon to be born Oliver, adored sister of Steve (Susan) Cochlan, Jamie Cochlan and Chrissy (Chris) Perrucci. Debra is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. She will be missed by all.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents James and Marjorie Cochlan.
