Deborah J. Miko, "Debbie," age 65 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at her home surrounded by family. She was born August 15, 1958 in Breathitt County, Kentucky.
Debbie was employed with General Motors Delco Moraine Division. She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband, John, going to the beach, gardening, camping, dancing. Christmas was a very special time for her. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 39 years, John; daughter, Ashley J. Miko; son, Joshua Miko; father, George White; sisters, Sheryl (Larry) Sewell, Doris (Mike (Tony)) Stroede, Georgia Parker; brothers, Jimmy Perkins, Justin (Azizi Beason) White; aunt, Minnie Neace; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many friends, including her best friend of 49 years, Dena Neal.
She is preceded in death by her father, Dorsie Perkins; mother, Shirley White; and her beloved dog, Meka.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, Dayton, OH 45459). In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Second Wind Lung Transplant Association, in Debbie's memory. Donations in Debbie's name may be made to: alwaysandfurever.org
