Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Orzie Garvin; brother, Raymond Rogan and sister, Gloria Garvin.
Deborah is survived by her daughters, Leandrea Garvin and Deborah N. Alston; son-in-law, Kion A. Alston, grandchildren, Keyiona Alston, Isaiah Alston and Jake Alston; siblings, David Garvin, Carolyn L. Cunningham and Belinda Garvin Cothran; nieces; nephews and friends.
Deborah was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Forever and always, she will be in our hearts.
A private family service will be held at West Memory Gardens where Deborah will be laid to rest.
