Deanne R. Peter

Lady Deanne Rigby Peter passed away on March 12th, 2025 at her home surrounded by her children, listening to Beatles music.

She was born in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas on October 26, 1952 to Kyle and Juanita (Johnson) Rigby.

She is survived by her four children, MeChell Warner, Julie Peter, AJ (Kristen) Peter, Ben (Erin) Peter, and three grandchildren, Rose Peter, Grace Peter and Brody Peter. She is also survived by her four siblings, Karin (Kendall) Allen, Julie (Wade) Orgill, Kurt (Kathy) Rigby and Janet (Joe) Barlow.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her high school sweetheart, Bernarr Joseph Peter Jr.

Receiving of family and friends and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 901 E Whipp Rd. Dayton, Ohio 45459. Gathering of friends and family to memorialize Deanne will be in the Relief Society Room from 3:00p to 4:00p and then Deanne's funeral will be in the chapel from 4:00p to 5:00p.
