Dean Robert Clark, 57, of Dayton, passed away suddenly, July 11, 2014 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born February 10, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio.
Dean was a graduate of Patterson Co-Op High School. He was a Co-founder and Worship Leader for Pure Image Ministries, International. Dean was a wonderful, beloved son, husband, and father. He was a role model to many.
He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Judith Koon; grandmother, Gladys King. Dean is survived by his wife of 31 years, Cynthia; sons, Brandon and Joshua; parents, Linda (Michael) Fadely, Larry Clark; his first grandson, Arlo Dean Clark; brother, David Clark and many good friends.
Friends may call from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church, 6759 S. County Rd, 25A, Tipp City, where funeral services will begin at 12:30 pm, Wednesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pure Image Ministries, International.
