David West

WEST, David M., age 67, of Springfield, OH, passed away Monday, April 11, 2005. He was born September 9, 1938 in Buchkhanon, WV. He retired from Cooper Ajax & Superior after 28 years and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Nancy (Thompson) West; one daughter, Brenda Severs of Xenia; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Wayne and Sherri West of Mt. Victory, OH, Mitchell West of Springfield; 10 grandchildren, David, Kelly, Karen, and Amber Dixon, Jacob, Justin, Alex, Adam, Heather, and Shawn West; two great-grandchildren, Jasmine and McKenzie; one Aunt, Daisy Ware of West Virginia; special friends of Roadman Band, Pete and Cline; many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by both parents, William P. and Hester West; one brother, William M. West; one nephew, Monty West. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 15, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton). Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
