David Walters, age 61, passed away on September 18th, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sheila, his son, David, daughter Melissa (Brian Martin), 5 grandchildren, Nathan, Amanda, Cortney, Morgan & Ciara, 4 great-grandchildren, Whitney, Adyn, Addyson, & Audrey, his 2 sisters, Sandy Danks & Carol (John) Coughlin & numerous nieces & nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Verland & Clara Walters.
He retired from GM (Delphi) Needmore Rd. after 30 years.
He was a proud member of UAW Local 696.
Visitation will be held on Tues. Sept 24th at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel, Kettering, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a funeral service being held on Wed. Sept. 25th at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on David's behalf to the American Cancer Society.
