David W. Stephens

Stephens, David W., age 56, of West Carrollton, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2010. David is survived by his wife of 28 years: Anita Stephens; son: David L. Stephens; daughter: Susan Ryan; grandchildren: David Chase and Lillian; brother and sister-in-law: Ray (Elaine) of Miamisburg; sister and brother-in-law: Debbie (Drew) Smith of Farmersville; father: Hobert of Florida; and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother: Jessie Elizabeth Binion.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, December 3, 2010 at Pennyroyal Baptist Church, 3733 Pennyroyal Road, Franklin with Pastor Barry Quillen officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to U.S. Bank – Farmersville Branch, 38 N. Broadway St., Farmersville, Ohio 45325, in memory of David W. Stephens.
