David Thomas"Tom" Templeton

David Thomas "Tom" Templeton, age 71 of Dayton, passed away August 6, 2013. He was born July 29, 1942 in Monterey, TN to the late Lectie (McDonald) Templeton and Luther Templeton. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Templeton; son, Robert Keith Templeton; brother, Bill Templeton; and Patsy Templeton.
Tom is survived by his son, Thomas "David" Templeton; grandchildren: Dana Templeton and Dustin Templeton; great granddaughter, Violet; sisters: Georgia "Nell" Egts and Janet Holloway; brothers: Peter, Robert and Frankie Templeton; many other extended family members and friends.
Tom retired from the City of Dayton after many years of service.
