David Ralph Matheny

David Ralph Matheny, age 76 of Fairborn, Ohio passed away December 21, 2021. He was born March 18, 1945 in Harmon, West Virginia son of Ralph and Marie Matheny.
David was a proud veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. He retired from WPAFB after 37 dedicated years working as a Boiler Instrument Operator. David loved boating, laughing, cats, toys, spending time with his family and enjoying life. David will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
David was preceded in death by his father Ralph Matheny.
David is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Wanda Matheny; mother, Marie Matheny; two aunts, Lois Davis of Roanoke, West Virgina and Marilee Huntley of Valenicia, California; several nieces and nephew; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
David will be laid to rest at a later date.
