David E. Pollock, age 67 of Jamestown, OH went to be with Lord on Thursday, April 16, 2020. He was born July 18, 1952 in Xenia, Ohio to Robert and Virginia (Roda) Pollock. David married Theresa Herald on August 21, 1970 in Cedarville, OH.
David is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Theresa; two sons, Shannon D. (Melissa) Pollock and Keith (Angie) Pollock; two daughters, Susan (Jason) Woliver and Stephanie Pollock; eight grandchildren, Cameron, William and Autumn Woliver, Shanon and Zach, Kalebb, Annabella and Lance Pollock; a brother, Doug (Janda) Pollock; a sister, Debbie (Jeremy) Croteau; a brother in law, Marty Herald; a sister in law, Kim Bauer; and other numerous family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Pamela Pollock; and a brother, James "Warren" Bond.
David worked at General Motors Bus and Truck plant in Moraine, retiring in January 2007. After retirement, he worked at the Xenia YMCA as a janitor. David enjoyed fishing, working puzzles, playing cards and board games. He was a member of Xenia Grace Chapel and did video editing for the church. David was an avid bible reader. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
