David Leroy Strausbaugh
David Leroy Strausbaugh, age 65, of Riverside passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Minnie Strausbaugh; and 2 sisters. David is survived by his long time companion of over 30 years, Frances L. Jones; children, Valenthol and family, David Jr. and family, Sherry and family; step-son, William Jones; step-grandson, William Eric Jones; siblings, John Strausbaugh, Mary Beer, Rose (Harry) Rupert; a host of nieces; nephews; and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, February 15, 2010 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). Services will follow at 10:30 AM, with Pastor Lonnie A. Marshall officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hills Memorial Garden. Donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in David's memory.
