David J. Graham

March 31, 1948 — February 13, 2012

David J. Graham, loving husband, father, brother, and dear friend to many, age 63, passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 13, 2012.

Dave is survived by his wife: Connie, son: William, daughter: Alicia, son-in-law: Joshua LaPointe, sisters: Kathleen Allen, Margaret and husband Ron Fritts, Mary Foster, and brother: Charles Graham, all of Erie, PA., mother-in-law: Ann Dengel, brothers-in-law: Raymond Dengel and his wife Kaye, and John Dengel, both of Omaha, NE., and sister-in-law: Denise Payne and husband David of Eakly, OK.

Dave also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and two very special friends, Jerry Birkey and Gary Abernathy. Dave was preceded in death by sons: Robert and Jeffery, mother and father: Geraldine and John Graham, father-in-law: Edward Dengel, and brothers-in-law: Dennis Werner and Karl Dengel.

Dave was a proud decorated veteran of the Vietnam War and continued to serve his country in a civilian capacity up to the day of his passing.

A celebration service of Dave's life will be held Sunday, February 19, 2012 at 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Huber Heights. Immediately following the services, the family invites his friends to join them at VFW 3283, 5074 Nebraska Avenue, Huber Heights.

In lieu of flowers, a charitable account in Dave's honor has been set up at Wright-Patt Credit Union. All donations will be made to the American Cancer Society.
