David L. Howard

David L Howard Sr., age 66, of Dayton, passed away on September 27th, 2022, with his family by his side. He was born in Orange County, Florida on April 10th 1956.

David was preceded in death by his parents: Charles and Mary Howard; brothers: Billy Branchfield, Charles Howard and James Howard; sisters: Tammy Mayberry, Linda Russell; and sister in law: Ada Howard.

He is survived by his loving wife Sandra; his beloved children: Mindy, Tonia, Terry, Cheryl, and David jr.; step children: Marsha, Chad, Sundy, and Tony; brother: Terry Howard; sisters: Gerty (Charlene) Dyson and Crystal Gurule; sisters-in-law: Tamara Howard and Sandra (Sondy) Howard; brother in law: Johnny Howard; grandchildren: Liam, Miranda, Dougie, Aubrey, Layla, McKenna, Terry Jr, Tyler, Jordan, Mason, Hayden, Alyssa, Sierra, Chad Jr, Nevaeh, Haley, Sienna, A.J, Ethan, and Cadence.

In his free time you could always find him doing what he really loved, drawing, building, and fixing things. He also enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with those he loved. David was the most creative, funny, loving, and supportive man, who would do anything for the people he loved. He was always the one to light up any room he was in with love and especially laughter! He was definitely known for being quite the jokester! He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on October 15th 2022 from 3-6 pm at the American legion post 746 on North Dixie Dr in Dayton, 45414.
