David Thomas Francisco Fazel, Jr., age 30 of Dayton, passed away September 21, 2017. He was born June 9, 1987 in Dayton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dell Francisco Carter; and grandparents: Dell Francisco Carter, Patricia Fazel and Byron Fazel.
David is survived by his daughter, Kaylee Brooklyn Fazel; fiance, Tami Jones; mother, Aurora Carter (Randy Michaels); father, David Fazel, Sr. (Susie Smith); sister, Carmen Fazel; brother, Adam Fazel (Kara Long); grandmother, Victoria Long; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
David was an employee at Payless Shoe Warehouse for several years. He attended and enjoyed visiting Christian Life Center. He loved music, spending time with his family around the holidays, and enjoyed playing basketball, bowling and swimming. He loved cooking out, camping, and drinking beer. David would always tell his mom how much he loved her. He was an avid Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Cavs fan; but most of all, David loved spending time with his little girl, Brooklyn.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm.
