David Livingston Clark, age 89 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born February 15, 1929 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Orville and Edna Clark.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Alice Clark; daughter, Lani Mathews; grandson, Justin Pilger.
David is survived by his daughter, Bonnie (Tom) Wildenauer; granddaughters, Laura Guy, Tracy (Loren) Penney; grandsons, T.J. Wildenauer, II, Adam Hoffman; great grandchildren, Charlie, Lucy and Clark Guy; Wade Penney; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
David retired from AT&T and was a lifelong member of Fairview United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, RC airplanes, playing chess, woodworking, and most importantly, babysitting the great grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Genesis New Lebanon Nursing Home and Hospice of Dayton for their loving care.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 11 am at Greenville Union Cemetery.
