He was born August 18, 1954 in Henry Co, KY to Charles and Betty Shaw.
Dave was a former Elder for First Church of Christ of Fairborn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Shaw and by his sister, E. Charlene Shaw.
Dave is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Debra (Hastings) Shaw; his 2 daughters, Rachel Shaw, and Mandy (Brian) Gross and their children, Brittany, Gabby, Maddy, and Logan; mother, Betty Shaw; and 2 sisters, Pam Spearow, Sandy (Joe) Bowling.
