Age 59, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2009.
He was born August 16, 1949 to Autie & Inez Howard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Fern Costa and Jewell Williams; and by his beloved friend, Dennis Smith.
David is survived by four sisters, Gladys Johnson, Bonnie & her husband, John Williams, Faye & her husband, Wayne Sellers and Beatrice Johnson and her husband; two brothers, James & his wife, Karen Pilley and Harvey Howard; his beloved dog, Bob; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery. The family would like to thank VITAS Hospice of Dayton for the loving care they provided to David.
