David Allen Bartee, 27, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at his residence. David was born on July 23, 1989 in Dayton to Steven Bartee and Sharon Salyers.
David enjoyed his X Box, loved his dog Zelda and playing his guitar. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.
David is survived by his parents; three brothers Joshua, Steven Jr. and Jeremy Bartee; his grandma Mary Bartee; his step mother Phyllis Bartee; his step father James Terry; nephews Steven III, Thomas, Michael and Joshua Jr.; nieces Krysta and Sarrah. He was preceded in death by his sister Melissa; cousin Shawn; Grandpa and Grandma Salyers; Grandpa Bartee; and great grandma Jane.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424 with the Rev. Andrew Brewster officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 11:00-1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
