Stephens, David Alan age 30, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2011. He was born in Dayton on February 26, 1981.
David is survived by his father John Stephens; mother Jacqueline (Flor) Rutherford; step-mother Connie Stephens; brother Jordan Stephens; sister Katelyn Stephens, step-brother Chris Willis; step-sister Brittany Willis; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
David was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served his country in Iraq in operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
David will be fondly remembered and missed by many.
