Darwin I. Peck "Pops"

Darwin Irving Peck, "Pops," age 84 of Dayton, passed away Friday, December 28, 2018. He was born September 8, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late George Peck and Ellen Walters.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Goldie Peck; and daughter, Ellen Peck.
Darwin is survived by his children, Linda Peck, James I. (Mavourneen) Peck, George Michael Peck, Gerald (Mary) Peck, Jean Moore and Thomas Peck; significant other of 27 years, Janet Leasure; sister, Leota Paul; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Darwin enjoyed fishing, playing Bingo and playing cards - especially Euchre. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Crossroads Hospice in Darwin's memory.
