Age 70 passed away August 29, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Edens and brother, Barney Edens.
He is survived by his children, Jeff (Cynthia) Edens, Virginia Schommer, and William Beaty; grandsons, Ben and Wesley; siblings, Dexter (Dorothy) Edens, Victor (Deanna) Edens, Byron Edens, and Fern Fink; and numerous other dear family and friends.
Darrell was proud veteran of the United States Navy.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from 12:30 pm until the time of service at 1:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Interment to follow at St. Brigid Cemetery in Xenia, Oh. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The ALSA.
