Darrell Ellerthorpe
October 16, 1958 — January 4, 2014
Darrell Lee Ellerthorpe, Sr. of Dayton, passed away January 4, 2014 at age 55. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Ellerthorpe; and daughter, Shana Lynn.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria Weltch; children: Darrell Lee Jr., Clarissa, Ashley, Amanda (John) Burkett, Miranda (Charlie) England, Brittany Wolford, and Seth; brothers and sisters: Ronald, Tina, Norma (Thomas) Shawhan, Dale and Traval; thirteen grandchildren, numerous cousins, nephews and nieces, and special friend, Rebecca Wilcher.
He was employed at Wayne Estates for the last 10 years. Darrell had a passion for throwing darts.
Family will receive friends immediately following the service at the VFW Post 657, 637 Spinning Road, Riverside, Ohio.
