Darlene J. Parnell, age 73 of Beavercreek, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Soin Medical Center. She was born July 29, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio the daughter of Darell and Betty Hill.
She is preceded in death by her father, Darell E. Hill and sister, Barbara Hill.
Darlene enjoyed sewing, knitting and traveling to Florida and spending time at Disney with her friends and family. She also enjoyed spending time with her five grandchildren.
Darlene is survived by her husband Bill; mother, Betty Lou Hill; son, William M. (Tammie) Parnell; daughters, Valerie J. (John) Dubuc and Leslie A. (Scott) Heller; grandchildren, Max, Stephanie, Truman, Jack and Ryan; brothers, Darell E. (Linda) Hill Jr. and Terry L. Hill; sisters, Peggy L. (Bob) Brubaker and Sandra (Aaron) Williams. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Darlene's name to the American Cancer Society.
Private services will be conducted at a later date by the family.
