MAHONEY, Darlene K. nee Travis, age 67, passed away May 31, 2011.
She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Harry J. Travis and Phyllis J. Travis.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Charles Mahoney, Jr.; children, Michael Steven (Dana), and Jennifer Ann Mahoney Rogers; grandchildren, Heather (Kurt) Leitschuh, Samuel Charles Rogers A1-C United States Air Force, and Rachel Corinne Rogers; sister, Linda Alley (Tracy); brother, Brad (Jeannie) Travis; brother-in-laws, Tom (Jane) Mahoney and Douglas W. (Nora) Mahoney, special friends, George and Judy Todd and Herb and Kathy Murray; and by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
She was a member of Greenmont Oak Park Community Church. She was a graduate of Fairmont High School class of '62.
The family will receive friends Friday June 3, 2011 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia RD. Rev. Greg King will be officiating.
