Darlene L. Casey

CASEY, Darlene L., age 53, of Riverside, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her home on October 1, 2011. Her father and mother, William Rettig and Janet Hargis, and her brother, David Rettig, precede her in death.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Larry Casey and her children, Michelle L. Casey and Aaron A. (Sara) Casey. She has 3 grandchildren, Caitlein Casey, Karah Casey, and Ava Casey. She also leaves to cherish in memory 3 brothers, Chris Rettig, Rex (Sharon) Rettig, Darryl (Mary) Rettig and 1 sister Connie (Jim) Emberton, as well as step-father, Earl Hargis. She also leaves behind numerous nephews, nieces, and friends.

Darlene was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Although she was taken too soon from those who love her, her smile and laughter will always remain in our hearts. She will forever be missed and loved.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
