February 8, 1927 — April 13, 2015
GEVEDON, DARLENE, age 88, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, fishing and loved to travel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel W. Gevedon and son, David L. Gevedon. Survived by her children, James, Kenneth, JoAnn, Sue, Joe and Terry; brothers, Guy, Ray and Arby; sisters, Opal Jean and Juanita; 14 grandchildren, as well as special friend, Jean.
Family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 am on Friday, April 17, 2015 with a funeral service following at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery, Fairborn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
