Darius Williams

Darius Williams, age 61 of Miamisburg, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024. He was born July 16, 1963 in Sledge, Mississippi the son of the late Dorsey and Mattie Williams. He graduated from Westwood High School. Darius had a long career as an STNA. He was a man of great faith and was a member of Southbrook Christian Church. Darius loved helping Miamisburg High School and was a coach for Peewee Football. He was a lifelong sports fan and followed Titans Football and the Memphis Grizzlies Basketball. Darius was a social person and always enjoyed spending time with his friends. He would always give them a phone call to see how they were doing. He was a proud husband, father, and grandfather and cherished time spent with his family and he made many great memories taking trips to Memphis to see family. Darius will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Darius is survived by his wife Cindy; Sisters, Louise Williams, Mattie (Perry) Tate, Frankie Baker, Ethel Williams, Anna (Roosevelt) Hudson, Mae Lois (Carl) Parker, and Darlene Qualls-Williams; Brothers, Willie Hunt, Eddie (Barbara) Williams, and Kevin Williams; Sons, Darrius Williams, Jr., De'arius D.J Williams, LoVaughn Howard, Christopher L. Fraizer, and Bradley Stephan; Daughters, Natasha C. Williams, Cortn'e Razor, and Bridget (Dylan) Wilson; 15 Grandchildren; and by numerous other family and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his Parents; and Brothers, Dorsey Lee Williams Jr., Henry Lee Williams, Freddie B. Williams, Jimmy Lee Williams, and Benny Lee Williams.

Memorial Donations may be made to the family to help defray costs.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Centerville (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459).
