Danny Ray Burns, age 55 of Xenia, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 31, 2022. He was born February 8, 1966 in Paris, Kentucky son of Robert and Irene Burns.
Danny was a devoted loving father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, golfing, and raising his garden. Danny's pride and joy was his daughter. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Danny was preceded in death by his father, Robert Burns; and brother David Burns.
Danny is survived by his loving daughter, Brooklyn Rae Burns; mother, Irene Bruce of Palatka, Florida ; sister, Reba Whitaker of Bourbon County, Kentucky; brothers, Robert Burns of Bourbon County and Billy (Brenda) Burns of Bourbon County; niece, Amanda (Keith) Ishmael of Nicholas County, Kentucky; nephews, Jerry Whitaker of Palatka, Florida and Zachary (Brenna) Burns of Bourbon County, Kentucky; several loving cousins; his big work family at Danis; special friend, Lloyd Combs; as well as several other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 2-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Funeral Service will begin at 4pm.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Livestock Pavilion (1423 Concrete Rd Carlisle, KY 40311) from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
