Adventures to comic book stores, Toy Shows, and Flea Markets gave Danny an outlet to be a kid at heart and spoil his God-daughter (Lizzie), and anyone else he knew. When you kid you get kidded, Danny's love for stray cats may have increased the pet population as he couldn't pass an expectant feline mother without finding her a tasty treat. Danny would go out of his way to listen to people. If he heard of suffering or need, he would research to find a solution to the problem in any effort to help those he knew and loved. Even in death, Danny continued to help other by choosing to be a tissue and organ donor. He loved his nieces and nephews always sighting not having enough time to play, listen, and spend time with them.
