Dannie Joe Walters Sr.

Dannie Joe Walters Sr., age 70, of Riverside, passed away on March 17, 2024. He was born to Josiah and Sylvia Walters on September 1, 1953.

Dannie enjoyed going camping and fishing, and he was a member of the North Dayton Angler's Club. He loved his faithful companion, Roscoe. Dannie also enjoyed spending time with his family with cookouts and backyard bonfires. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Dannie was preceded in death by his siblings: Betty, Louise, Larry and Gary; and his niece, Vickie.

He is survived by his children: Lori (Dennis) Bell, Dannie (Nachole) Walters Jr., Danielle Walters, and Amber Ledford; grandchildren: Tiffany, Kyle, Lacie, Aaron, Jayden, Rayna, Rowen, and Amiyah; great-grandchildren: Bentley and Cashton; his faithful companion, Roscoe; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Family and friends are welcome to gather from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday, March 29, 2024 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where Dannie's Celebration of Life will begin at 7:00pm.
