Danford L. Hagan

Hagan, Danford L., age 75, of Trotwood, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2010. Danford was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, The Ohio State University, Miami University and The Cincinnati Music Conservatory. He was preceded in death by his parents: Howard & Edith (Smith) Hagan; brothers: William & Peter Hagan; and sister: Patricia Glantz. Danford is survived by his wife of 28 years: Shirley (Hutchinson) Hagan; children: Kerry Hagan, Jennifer Satterfield, Timothy Hagan, Amy Hagan; step sons: Louis & Matthew Wendeln; grandchildren: Sara & Sophia Hagan, Evan & Nathan Satterfield; brother and sister-in-law: Thomas & Rebecca Hagan; and numerous other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 P.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, envelopes will be provided.
