Dallas Matthew Copeland, beloved son, caring brother, and cherished friend, passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2024, in Dayton, Ohio. Born on October 30, 2012, in Kettering, Ohio, Dallas brought joy and light to all who knew him.
Dallas was a vivacious boy with an outgoing personality. He never met a stranger, always offering kind and positive words to everyone he encountered. His infectious smile and laughter could brighten any room, and his fascination with Heaven and Angels was a testament to his pure and gentle spirit.
In his short but meaningful life, Dallas found joy in simple pleasures. He was passionate about watching sports, especially when cheering on his older brothers, Chandler Manley and Parker Copeland. His love for gaming, outings to fairs, parks, and malls, and shared moments with his family brought him immense happiness. Feeding the birds with his mom and nana was a special activity that he treasured.
Dallas was on the brink of entering 5th grade at Dixie Middle School in New Lebanon, eager to embrace new experiences like having his own locker. His proudest accomplishment was receiving his 4th-grade diploma, a testament to his dedication and enthusiasm for learning.
His memory will forever be cherished by his parents, Tara and RC Copeland; his loving brothers, Chandler and Parker; his dear Nana, Gaye Manley; his aunt, Heather Manley; his uncle, Robb Manley (Jessica); his cousins, Morgan Tuggles, Jaelyn, and Robby Manley; his best friend, Gemma Garrett; and countless other friends.
In his passing, Dallas now joins his grandparents, Robert Manley, William Copeland, and Gladys Copeland, and his brother, Luke Copeland, in eternal peace.
