Dallas James Adkins, age 30 of Pensacola, Florida and formerly of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 in Pensacola. He was born November 25, 1990 in Dayton, Ohio.
Dallas was preceded in death by his grandparents, Reva and Bob Adkins; uncle, Kenny Adkins; aunt, Lois Gudger; niece, Malia Lyle; as well as other family members and friends.
Dallas will be missed by his loving mother, Tina Jo Adkins; father, Michael (Rhonda) Adkins; sister, Karissa (Chase) Martin; brothers; Cole Adkins and Kyle Knisley; nieces and nephews, Oakleigh, Lincoln, Granger, and baby Martin; grandmother, Carol Justice (Randy Scott); aunts and uncles, Tonya Montgomery (Bobby Montgomery), Rita (David) White, Pat (Vernon) Peters, Donna (Mike) Exman, Sue Adkins and Jerry Gudger; as well as many cousins and friends.
Dallas was a loving son, grandson, brother, nephew and uncle. He loved his family and friends and always protected them. He had such a charismatic personality that made people drawn to him. Dallas never knew a stranger. He was always the life of the party and was always making people laugh.
Dallas was a 2009 graduate of Northridge High School. He moved to Pensacola in 2017 after falling in love with the beach after visiting. There wasn't anything he couldn't fix and he worked as an auto-mechanic as his passion was for cars. He was also a member of multiple car clubs as an admirer and collector of cars. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 6 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton.
