Mullins, Dale, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Dayton, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Patti, (nee Shemo); his parents, Virginia and Cecil Mullins; brother, Bill Mullins; his caring aunts, uncles, and cousins who have provided love and support throughout his illness – we are grateful. Friends may call 5-7pm on Tuesday October 16, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home 11am Wednesday October 17,2012, with Pastor Daniel Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 8200 West National Rd., New Carlisle, Ohio.
