Dale Harrison Moore Jr., age 40, of Miamisburg, OH passed away on Wednesday April 10, 2013.
He is preceded in death by his father, Dale Harrison Moore Sr.
Dale is survived by his mother, Glendia Annitto; children, Dustin Moore, Zachary Moore, Leah Moore, and Taylor Moore; granddaughter, Karley Rae Nichole; sister, Jennifer (Scott) Gurdinak; nieces, Danica Gurdinak and Ryann Gurdinak; mother of his children, Angela Moore, uncles, William and Tommy; grandmother, Bernice Wieczorek; and special friends, Matt Gremillion and Toni Gremillion.
Dale served in the US Marines, loved surfing at the Jersey Shore, and loved spending time with his children.
Visitation is Monday April 15, 2013 from 1pm to 2pm with memorial service at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
