Dale Herbert Adams

Dale Herbert Adams, age 69 of Miamisburg, passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at the Dayton V.A. Medical Center. He was born February 20, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Benjamin and Janet Adams.

Dale was a 1969 graduate of West Carrollton High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he served in Vietnam as a Medic. While in the military, he met his future wife, Rita while he was stationed at Ft. Carson, Colorado. Dale earned his Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University and his Master's Degree from Michigan State University. Dale was a die-hard West Carrollton Pirate fan. "Once a Pirate, always a Pirate". He was an avid golfer, loved soccer where he was a referee for many years. Dale was a life-time member of the West Carrollton VFW #3438.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Linda Berner and Donna Evans.

Dale is survived by his loving wife of over 46 years, Rita (Loopo) Adams; three daughters, Jennifer Adams, Julie Adams and Jessica (Christopher) Denny; grandchildren, Logan Adams, Tyler Moore, Chase Adams, Lillianne Denny and Lucas Denny; brother, Kenneth Adams; along with numerous family and friends.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where a memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Please visit www.newcomerdayton.com to share a memory in the family guest book.
