Daisy Gross

Gross, Daisy, age 84, of Englewood, passed away on May 31, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born July 16, 1924 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Christo & Zaka Dimoff. She worked at the Brown Derby Restaurant in Dayton for over 20 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Wellings, Sr.; second husband, Jed Gross; and her sisters, Anna Groves and Seca Uhrig. Survivors include her children, Richard Wellings, Jr. of Englewood, Jackie Crippin of Vandalia, and Brad Gross of Toledo; grandchildren, Tracy Crippin, Stephanie (Brian) Novak, Steve Crippin, Nicole (Rex) Rule, and Mark and Adam Crippin; and her great grandchildren, Brenden, Kayla, Ty, Jack, and Willow. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, Ohio on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 from 11 AM-12 PM.
