Cynthia M. Pettigrew "Cindy", age 62 of Moraine, OH passed away December 26, 2021. She was born on October 12, 1959 in Dayton to the late Joseph Rentz and Norma (Copley) Stenger. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her nephew, Alec.
She is survived by her two children, Milissa (Tommy) Shirley and Christopher Pettigrew; granddaughter, Rhiannon; sister, Tammy Rentz-Powers; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Chad and Madison; dearest and closest friend, Janice Hansford.
Cindy was a woman of many talents. From her wit, to her passion for fashion. She was always dressed "to the nines". She enjoyed telling stories with those she loved the most and she will be remembered for her laugh and for her love of her precious dog Hannah. She was especially proud of her granddaughter Rhiannon and loved her son Christopher and daughter Milissa more than words. In her final months she was able to spend more time with her son. Lastly but not least she loved her best friend Janice, who brought so much love and light to her life. Even if she had trouble seeing it at times. She will be missed and loved until the end of all our days.
In honor of Cindy's wishes, no services will be held. The family will have a private gathering at a later date.
