Cynthia M. (Bane) Chavez, age 61 formerly of Dayton and residing in Phoenix, AZ, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Helen Bane and her brother, Terry Bane.
She is survived by her daughter, Millie Bills; grandchildren, Amber, Joseph Jr. and Joshua; great-grandson, Derek Jr.; siblings, Frank, Patricia, Paul and Marshall; fiancé, Alex Alverez and numerous extended family and friends.
