Cynthia J. Tobe

TOBE, Cynthia J. "Cindy" (Ashenfelter) age 52 formerly of Kettering passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2006 after a lengthy illness. A 1972 graduate of Fairmont West HS, Cindy went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University. She was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church choir for many years. She was preceded in death by her father, John Ashenfelter and her husband, James Tobe. Cindy is survived by her sons, Brian and David Hoeflich; grandson Sebastian Hoeflich; mother Shirley and step-father Richard Downing; brother, John and wife Catherine Ashenfelter; twin sister, Susan and husband Rev. David Nofziger. A memorial service will be held 11:00am Tuesday, June 27th at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 4865 Wilmington Pike, Kettering.
